Is it required for the basic examination section in Heilongjiang to have a stamp from a qualified institution?

Hello everyone. I’m from Daqing, Heilongjiang. I’ve been thinking about registering for the basic exam for several years now; I’m not sure whether an official stamp from my employer is required, and whether there are any requirements regarding my employer’s design qualifications
There are no requirements for the basic exam; anyone can take it. For the professional exam, a stamp from an organization with design qualifications is required
