Magnetic stirring was used in the kettle; an abnormal noise occurred at the moment the stirring started, but it returned to normal immediately afterward. Such a noise did not occur when the device was running idly. What could be the possible reasons?
The torque generated by the mixer is at its maximum when it starts up, and the connectors at various joints are also subjected to the greatest stress. Components such as keys and keyways may experience some displacement under high shear forces; it is speculated that the abnormal noises stem from this displacement of the connectors.
Could it be due to the weakening of the magnet’s magnetic force, or a unilateral weakening?
It is likely that the starting torque is high when under load, causing the mixing components or stressed parts, such as the mixing blades, to make noise
