Among them, “8.13.7.2” states that “leakage tests should be conducted on shell-and-tube heat exchangers whose nozzles cannot be maintained or repaired after they have been put into use” – it does not refer to those that are already in use. “8.13.9 c” states that “the factory data should indicate the locations of the blocked pipes and be provided to the purchaser” – this clearly refers to the pipes being blocked before leaving the factory.
