Therefore, it is particularly important to raise one’s awareness of personal safety. 2. Learn safety regulations and techniques to enhance safety awareness. Learning safety regulations and techniques is the most direct and effective way to improve safety knowledge. Learn various on-site procedures, and continuously understand and become familiar with the management regulations, systems, and technical requirements related to safe production and safe construction. All departments and teams must earnestly carry out regular studies of relevant procedures and improve the regular assessment system, in order to achieve a qualitative leap in safety awareness. Only by learning, accumulating, and improving safety knowledge can people’s proactive enthusiasm for safety be unleashed and stimulated. The development of safety awareness not only enables employees to meet the requirements of safe production, but also reflects the essential characteristics and laws of safe production, as well as anticipating the future trends in this field. 3. Carry out safety activities earnestly to strengthen safety awareness. Safety activities are effective measures for preventing accidents, derived from long-term practices in safe production, and constitute an important part of team safety management. It provides a platform for exchanging safety information, safety technologies, and management measures to enhance the safety awareness of team members. In safety activities, through verbal and intellectual exchanges, reasoning, and judgment, the intuitive understanding held by everyone is ultimately transformed into a driving force for enhancing safety awareness. Safety activities must be taken seriously and not treated as a mere formality; they should be carried out regularly and institutionalized, so that the safety awareness of participants can be continuously strengthened through such activities. Safety activities should be tailored to actual conditions and be targeted. By analyzing specific accidents, it enables everyone to be more proactive and reflective in anticipating similar incidents, thereby deepening and expanding their safety awareness and fully leveraging its positive potential. 4. Pre-shift meetings are essential for fostering a subconscious sense of safety. As an effective measure in safety management, pre-shift meetings play an irreplaceable role in enhancing safety awareness. By holding a pre-shift meeting before starting production, and making detailed, reasonable, and scientifically sound arrangements regarding the tasks to be carried out, the precautions to take, and the division of responsibilities, work can certainly be carried out with minimal safety risks. Through regular pre-shift meetings, employees’ subconscious awareness of safety is gradually cultivated. The energy emitted by this safety subconscious cannot be ignored, and it can ultimately safeguard the safety of employees. 5. Regulate *inherent violations and eliminate reliance on experiential awareness. In daily production, the reason why *inherent violations persist despite repeated attempts to stop them is largely due to people’s reliance on their experiential awareness. This experiential awareness stems from a person’s life experiences, everyday common sense, and simple perceptual knowledge. To eliminate the influence of experiential thinking in safety management, it is necessary to strictly assess *inherent violations. Through strict assessments, a positive safety culture has gradually been established within the company. 6. Implement strict rewards and punishments to make safety a habit. For employees to truly embrace safety management from the bottom of their hearts, three stages are required: compliance, assimilation, and internalization. At first, a new safety management system is obeyed by employees only because they simply want to receive rewards or are afraid of punishment, and thus comply on the surface.
