Is the static ground connected to a separate grounding terminal?

I would like to ask everyone: is the anti-static grounding connected to a separate grounding terminal, which is then led separately to the grounding foundation? Or they are all unified common ground terminals. . .
The anti-static grounding is first led separately to the terminal for collecting static electricity grounding, and then connected to the main grounding terminal together.
I think it’s best to have a separate ground connection; ours is connected to the common ground grid

With separate grounding, the grounding main branch splits into grounding branches to each grounding point.
So will this grounding and equipotential grounding terminal box be connected?

So here’s the question: logically speaking, ductwork and valves should be connected to an equipotential ground, and at the same time they also need an anti-static ground. Does that mean they have to be grounded twice?
I think it’s better to do it all just to be safe!
