Technical discussion on hazardous waste incinerators

RT: Our company specializes in fine chemicals. The management wants to implement a rotary kiln incinerator project to handle wastewater, sludge, oily sludge, and process residues generated by various facilities. I’m wondering how to determine the appropriate mixing ratio for burning these different types of waste together? Can a rotary kiln furnace be used to burn solid waste and sludge together with coal?
Also, is there anyone who can suggest some ways to reduce the operating costs of this incinerator?
