Successful localization of the LINE SPEED METER for SHELL coal gasification

In SHELL coal gasification, coal linear velocity meters and density meters are important core instruments in coal gasification plants; previously, Bertel and thermoelectric velocity meters were mainly used. It has still been successfully localized; it has been in continuous operation for 2 months in SHELL gasification processes. Its performance in terms of synchronization with foreign speedometers, real-time tracking, and stability is essentially the same as that of foreign speedometers. Moreover, its structure is simpler than that of foreign speedometers, as it directly outputs a 4-20MA signal in an integrated manner.
