Are pipe supports required when installing pipes designed to resist heat and cold?

When pipes with a temperature above 60°C are installed on pipe racks and no insulation is required per the process specifications, heat protection measures are generally necessary. Is it necessary to install pipe supports for heat protection measures? Both heat protection and freeze protection are types of insulation measures. According to the Design Code for Supports and Hangers in Petrochemical Industries SH3073-2004, pipe supports should be installed for insulated pipes. But I’ve seen in some posts that such pipes with a length of over 2200 mm can be considered bare pipes and placed directly on pipe racks. So it’s contradictory; I’m not sure whether pipe supports are required when such pipes are installed in ductwork, nor where the relevant standards can be found.
