Question about the design pressure of the pipeline! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

I’d like to ask everyone: if a pipeline is required to withstand a transient impact pressure of 0.6 MPa in its design, while its normal operating pressure remains at 0.1 MPa, then what should the design pressure of the pipeline be set at? Do we need to set it to 0.6 MPa? ?
For safety reasons, I think it should be at least 0.7
0.6 And this pressure of 0.6 isn’t particularly high either~
