We use Claus sulfur recovery units here; if the exhaust gases are directly fed into the incinerator, the elemental sulfur contained in those gases burns to produce SO2； If a washing process is used to remove sulfur dust, then how can the problem of blockage caused by sulfur dust be solved?
Change the washing water frequently; use packing with large gaps in the washing tower, or avoid using any packing and opt for direct spraying instead
For cyclone dust removal and electrostatic dust removal, it depends on the specific process. Additionally, it’s necessary to find effective methods for cleaning the pipes; what exactly is the process involved? Where are the blocked pipes located, and what are the details such as their diameter and material? Any relevant data and parameters would be useful.
Will adding another filter solve the problem of filtering sulfur dust?
