How should Swing Lines be translated accurately for a 100,000-cubic-meter storage tank? The standard translation is lift pipe; I seek guidance from experts.

I’m not sure why “line” is translated as “pipe” here; it doesn’t seem very clear. After doing some research, I found that this component is generally only found in heavy oil storage tanks, and it’s rarely present in other types of storage tanks.
