What does the cleaning coefficient refer to in the design of heat exchangers? How much is it usually? 85% or? Are there any relevant regulations in place if the customer does not make such an arrangement?

Firstly, the “clean heat transfer coefficient” is a basic technical term, which refers to the heat transfer coefficient without taking into account the fouling coefficients on both sides. Secondly, there is no specific value such as \"usually how much,\" as it needs to be calculated based on different operating conditions and processes.
