Of course, it’s 100% intact and 100% in use
As long as the integrity rate of the interlock system is 100%, the operational rate should also be as close to 100% as possible. The concern is that after it is put into use, the process conditions may not permit it, leading to frequent shutdowns. If the process conditions do not allow its use, approval procedures must be followed; the chief engineer’s approval is required before the relevant interlocks can be disabled.
