Original filter elements have the following features: 1. They are made from imported glass fiber/stainless steel mesh, offering advantages such as easy waste discharge, a large flow area, low pressure loss, a simple structure, light weight, and uniform filtering material. 2. The original filter element is supported by solid filter media on both sides as well as a filter material with high stability, meeting the requirements for testing the flow fatigue characteristics of hydraulic filter elements per ISO3724/76. Domestic filter elements have the following characteristics: 1. When judging based on the filtering efficiency of the filter elements, the difference is not very noticeable for those with ordinary precision. However, the precision of high-precision imported original filter elements is generally beyond what domestic filter elements can achieve. If an imported filter element has a precision of 1 micron, a domestic one might reach around 3 microns; domestic filter materials simply cannot match the precision of original imported elements. That said, the precision of ordinary hydraulic oil filter elements is not extremely high, so in many cases domestic filter elements are sufficient to meet filtering requirements. Moreover, whether it is an original imported filter element or a domestic one, its filtering efficiency can only be determined by specialized testing institutions – it is impossible for ordinary users to conduct such tests. 2. Price of filter elements: There is also a certain difference in price between originally imported filter elements and domestically produced ones. The price of domestically produced filters is much lower compared to original imported filters.
