The color intensity of the refined oil obtained from the lubricating oil furfural treatment in this device is quite high. If any expert can help resolve this issue, please contact me via QQ at 287087671. The raw material used is a mixture of grade-3 and grade-4 oils in a volume ratio of 1:2.5. The extraction temperature is 105 degrees at the top and 85 degrees at the bottom. The color intensity of the refined oil is greater than 7; all other parameters are within the acceptable range.
Why use a mixed oil? That’s a problem in itself. Increase the solvent ratio and try raising the top temperature.
