What qualification requirements do construction companies need to meet for automated instrument project construction?

　　There are no specific regulations, but if the self-control portion is approved in accordance with GB/T 50326, construction qualifications are required. 　　Judging from the practices of large state-owned enterprises such as Sinopec, dealing with general contractors or project owners is out of the question without a first-level qualification. 　　However, the specific qualifications required for carrying out the work are not high; what matters most is whether the team has relevant experience and capabilities. 　　Card qualifications actually refer to card management capabilities, and have little to do with the actual level of construction skills. Of course, it’s possible to achieve a level of qualification that isn’t too poor. 　　I’ve seen construction teams that consist of only 3 to 4 permanent members; they rely on the first-class qualification held by a construction company in XX County (a company established locally specifically for such purposes) to secure projects, and then they hire some casual workers or temporarily employ those with relevant skills in order to carry out the work, including programming and configuration tasks. The key is that those fixed employees are extremely skilled at recruiting people; they can set up a project management team that includes senior constructors, cost engineers, and other engineers within just one night (with most of them being on paper only).

There are no specific regulations; usually, the EPC contract is awarded as a whole, and if instrumentation is involved, the electrical construction team is also contracted together.
