Why put the air compressor inside the control cabinet! What is the required air pressure and flow rate? What is the role of oil-free air in the control cabinet? In most cases, it is sufficient to place a small air compressor outside, with a pipeline connecting it to the control cabinet. If the air compressor is to be placed inside the control cabinet, it must be a miniature one; such compressors have no market demand at all.
The smallest silent, oil-free piston air compressor has a power rating of 0.58 kW, an exhaust volume of 0.11 m3/min, and dimensions of 550*550*720; there is also a model with dimensions of 440*440*660. It’s quite small, right? Of course, you also need to determine whether your operational parameters are sufficient – the exhaust volume and exhaust pressure need to be considered in order to ensure an appropriate selection.
