1. The level switch in the vacuum separation tank is not functioning properly; it is responsible for controlling the solenoid valve to open. When the oil level is low, the float drops, causing the switch contacts to come into contact and the solenoid valve to open, thereby starting the oil refilling process. Sometimes, when the oil level is very low, the solenoid valve still does not open, resulting in a lack of oil inside the vacuum tube. After checking, the solenoid valve appears to be functioning properly; the problem may lie with the level switch. It is recommended to replace it with another type of level switch or float switch. 2. The wiring of the oil filter is inconvenient and prone to errors; such errors can cause the motor to rotate in the opposite direction. Moreover, it does not provide explosion protection at the bottom. It is recommended to use explosion-proof plugs on the wiring panel, as this makes the operation simpler and safer.
