Is a residence permit required for the certification exam?

I passed the exam 14 years ago; at that time a residence permit wasn’t required. Can I take the exam this year without a residence permit?
I also applied, but my temporary residence permit has expired and I haven’t obtained a new one yet. I’m not sure if I’ll pass the on-site verification when the time comes
Without a residence permit, one cannot apply this year. An application cannot be submitted with a temporary residence permit during its validity period; a residence permit is required. An acknowledgment receipt for applying for a residence permit can also be used to submit an application.
Those who have taken the exam before do not need an on-site verification

The qualification exam has nothing to do with residence permits; it is only related to your length of experience in the field.
