Regarding the feedback switch for the cut-off valve

I would like to ask the experienced professionals here: for the feedback switches of outdoor pipeline isolation valves, there are currently two types. One is a mechanical feedback switch, with one on each side, and the other is a feedback switch box that contains microswitches. I want to know which type offers better stability when used outdoors and requires less maintenance
All that have been used are the type with one on each end.
I prefer the latter one; it has clear valve position indicators, is a single unit, makes wiring easy, and works perfectly for outdoor use
The type with a built-in microswitch – those designed for outdoor use offer good stability and require less maintenance
The latter is better, with a built-in microswitch, also known as a limit switch
It has an IP65 rating, so it can be used anywhere without any problems.
I think mechanical ones would be better – they are reliable and easy to maintain. Those in boxes tend to loosen up easily, causing feedback issues!
