The leadership has required the implementation of safety zone management, which involves appointing a safety management officer for designated areas, who is fully responsible for all safety and environmental protection issues within those areas. Are there any other places where this system can be implemented? Are there any good methods and measures? Please give your advice
What does \"region\" mean? Is it the same as a workshop? Hasn’t this area been unattended before? If someone is in charge, explain to them the concept of \"one position, two responsibilities\"!

A workshop is divided into several sections, each assigned safety managers; there is some duplication in staffing, resulting in waste of resources. In chemical production workshops, operations are carried out on a shift basis by work teams; it is recommended to assign safety officers to these teams so that there are always safety officers on duty 24 hours a day, which would be better.
