Why must the brackish water with acid added in the chlorate decomposition process be introduced into the decomposition tank below the liquid level rather than above it? Is there any logic to it?
Increase the residence time in the decomposition tank to improve decomposition efficiency. Otherwise, it will immediately overflow to the outlet.

If you pay attention to the exact locations of the inlet and outlet of the decomposition tank, you’ll understand it – material enters from below and exits from above, ensuring an appropriate reaction time.
