One type of bubble corrosion in heat exchangers is cavitation; bubbles are first formed, and when these bubbles burst, the surface of the heat exchange tubes is subjected to the impact of the liquid, resulting in irregular erosion pits. As these pits deepen, cavitation intensifies further. Another type is steam blockage, which mainly occurs in the drum.
