I think it’s impossible to feel it
Is it gauge pressure or absolute pressure? If it’s gauge pressure, then it’s equivalent to one atmosphere of pressure; one atmosphere is also 100 KPa
Does the poster have a pressure gauge or pressure transmitter? Blow on the connection point during the process; just check the reading, and that’s the most straightforward and intuitive way
This pressure can be felt....
3 kPa is completely normal; I often design such differential pressure transmitters, and I have used them for flow rate, pressure, and differential pressure applications.
A differential pressure this high for differential flow is quite normal
3KPA is a micro pressure gauge; nowadays, the lower the pressure range of such gauges, the more expensive they are, yet they are still widely used in practical process control applications.
1 atmosphere is approximately 1 Kg/cm2, which is equal to 10 KPa; 3 KPa represents 30% of that pressure.

The pressure corresponding to a 300mm water column is quite clear; without taking resistance into account, the flow velocity of water emerging from a 300mm high water column can be approximately 2 meters per second. Or, to put it more vividly, there is a weight of 300 kilograms pressing down on each square meter – just imagine how great that pressure is.
