In Caesar2 version 4.5, the results cannot be displayed after calculation

Hello everyone, I’m using Caesar version 4.5. After performing calculations, the dialog box showing the results does not appear. This version was also given to me by someone else; it can be used right away without any need for installation. At first, everything worked fine – the result panel would appear after calculations. But then, for some reason, it stopped working. I tried deleting the program and getting another copy, but still nothing worked. Does anyone know what’s going on? I really appreciate any help!
