API standards for mechanical diaphragm metering pumps

The manufacturing standard for hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps is API675, but it specifies that mechanical diaphragm metering pumps are not included in this standard. Could someone tell me what the manufacturing standard for mechanical diaphragm metering pumps is?
API675 specifies that diaphragm pumps driven mechanically are not covered by API675; API675 applies only to diaphragm pumps driven hydraulically. Are there also pumps that are directly connected to the diaphragm? They are basically all hydraulically driven; I’ve never seen any that are directly driven by mechanics.
In mechanical systems, the components are connected together using templates and plunger rod screws; one side is in contact with the material, while the other side is exposed to the atmosphere. If there is a leak of material, it can be seen with the naked eye.
