I am currently processing the reimbursement for my communication expenses from the month before I leave the company. The company’s finance department replied, “As per the management’s instructions, you need to prepare a list of the phone charges for the last month, clearly indicating which calls were related to company business and specifying what exactly those business-related calls entailed. After calculating the total amount, it will be reimbursed in accordance with the company’s reimbursement policies.” ” The reimbursement requests made by this leader, Renwei, are unreasonable for the following reasons: 1. The company’s policy regarding reimbursement of phone bill expenses does not include such requirements. The company reimburses phone bills for none of its employees, including those who have left the company, except in accordance with these requirements. Moreover, over the several years I’ve been working, I’ve never encountered such a requirement when claiming reimbursement for my monthly phone bills. 2. For almost all companies, reimbursement for phone bills is not limited to costs related to work calls; it also serves as compensation for employees being available 24*7 to respond to work demands at any time. I’ve never heard of any company having such requirements for reimbursing communication costs. 3. For the communication costs in my last month of employment, the same structure as that of the first few months of 2016 was used: this included a monthly subscription fee of XX yuan, costs for calls and data usage while on business trips (for accessing technical information and checking company emails during trips to and from work), as well as SMS fees of XX yuan. The total amount was 246 yuan, which did not exceed the company’s set limit of XX yuan. There is also nothing that violates the company’s current phone bill reimbursement policy. 4. When I left the company, XX, who is in charge of phone bill registration, and HR director XX clearly informed me that reimbursement was possible under the company’s current phone bill reimbursement policy. 5. If a new reimbursement system is adopted, such as no reimbursement for monthly fees or mobile data, it should be notified in advance. I can’t understand why that manager suddenly made such a request; to any reasonable person, such a demand is a form of harassment against the employees, and it really harms the company’s reputation. Dear forum experts, what do you think?

Not showing care for employees is not being a good leader
There have never been any communication fees, nor have I added any company short codes. You’re off work while others are on night shift; whether to call you or not, if you don’t answer then turn to a higher-up for help. . .
Come on, it’s just a few dozen yuan in communication costs – is that really necessary? We’ve already left the company; we probably shouldn’t care about such a small amount of money
Indeed, usually when leaving, people don’t care about such small amounts of money
It’s 246 yuan, not just a few dozen yuan.
As last edited by onetwo on 2016-7-11 19:04, that’s what it says.
I think first of all, the original poster needs to reflect on this – after all, you are a subordinate; in any society, it is the superiors who manage the subordinates. This point must be clear to the original poster. Secondly, I think the original poster also has a tough job, with many business trips and such. I, for example, don’t get any reimbursement for phone bills (it’s tough too, but who can earn money easily?) ):lol, thinking of this, I also felt relieved. Abilities are sometimes forced upon us; those who were once poor will one day turn into successful and wealthy people. Then they can invite those people to have a meal with them, and say thank you for the salary they earn now. Thank your former bosses, whether you like them or not, for all the difficulties they caused you, for all the troubles and pain they brought you, which helped you grow. Thank everyone who ever made things difficult for you. In this way, one day you will be fearless. Well, that’s enough motivational talk; time to get to work! ! !
