In our company’s five-effect vacuum salt production project, the evaporation tank in the second effect is prone to having its scale fall off; in severe cases, this can even cause the circulation pump to stop working. This problem rarely occurs in the other effects. Could it be that, in the case of the second effect, it’s due to improper level control, or perhaps the circulation volume of the circulation pump is not sufficient? Or other reasons
