The heating effect of steam

The pressure and temperature of saturated steam are related to each other. Which is better: heating the reactor using 0.6M steam (with only water flowing in the drain line) or using 0.5M steam (with steam continuously being discharged from the drain line)?
The former is good; the latent heat is higher than the sensible heat.
The heating effect at the steam-entrained end of the draft tube is good, thanks not only to the latent heat of vaporization of the steam but also to some convective heat transfer; however, this constitutes an energy waste
If you keep releasing steam, what are you heating then?
Steam is being released continuously – will the system’s pressure reach the required level?
