Those working in production safety, have you ever experienced or heard of any incidents where excessive pipeline vibration caused cracks in welds or led to accidents over the years? Because pipeline vibration seems to be quite common in petrochemical enterprises.
No shaking or cracking was observed in metal material pipelines, while non-metallic pipelines often crack or break
When steam is delivered through the steam pipes, the pipes are not warmed as required, which results in an excess of condensation inside the pipes and significant vibration; however, no incidents of the pipes rupturing have been observed.
