PPS solid-liquid dual transport

PPS plastic solid-liquid two-phase transportation. The solid particles range from 2 microns to 1.5 mm; the solid content varies considerably, reaching over 60% at its highest, with a temperature of 150°C. We are currently using a rotor pump for transportation, and the mechanical seal keeps breaking. Could you recommend a better rotor pump or another type of pump that is suitable for these operating conditions?
Why not use filtration separation technology? Solid-liquid separation at 2 microns is an easily achievable goal. Given the temperature of your medium, stainless steel filters are suitable for use. Lethol filter can be used
A pneumatic diaphragm pump is used. Imported ones are more durable
Separation also needs to be transported. This pump is used to transport the material into the centrifuge
At this temperature, the requirements for the materials are very high, and ordinary pneumatic pumps are not capable of handling it.
