The chlorine pipeline has a DN80 diameter, with a pressure of around 0.8 MPa and a flow rate of approximately 110 cubic meters per hour. In principle, it contains dry chlorine, but there is concern about the presence of moisture, so I am considering using an anti-corrosion type flow meter. What do you use for measurement? Used one? Also, does anyone know any recommended manufacturers of target flow meters? I’m looking for manufacturers that truly produce high-quality products.
Those who have used it can share their experiences as well; it’s mainly about the chlorine flow rate at the chlorine outlet of the liquid chlorine vaporizer.

Either the flowmeter body together with the three-valve assembly should be made of PTFE, or the transmitter diaphragm should be made of Hastelloy. It is still necessary to take into account the possibility of moisture presence, as hydrochloric acid and hypochlorous acid may be present
We are a manufacturer of thermal gas mass flow meters, and chlorine is also a common medium. Our company also produces target flow meters, which have many advantages, but care should be taken when dealing with low flow ranges, as target flow meters may not be suitable for such conditions

Does the rotor need to be lined with PTFE? Or should we use stainless steel directly?
Personally, I feel that the measurement accuracy of target flowmeters is not sufficient; why not use rotameters instead?
Is it dry chlorine gas? Or wet chlorine? Are the pipes on-site made of carbon steel?
