Solutions for the comprehensive utilization of calcium slag

Our company generates calcium oxide slag as a by-product of its production process; this slag is then transferred to pesticide factories for wastewater treatment. In the pesticide production process, calcium oxide (CaO) is used to carry out chemical reactions in order to treat the waste liquids. However, the residue remaining after filtration cannot be utilized effectively and is returned to our company. The treated waste residue contains other components as well, and at present it can only be buried in the soil, which has an impact on the surrounding environment. For the sake of environmental protection and energy reuse, we are seeking help from the public and various research institutions to find ways to transform this waste into something useful.
Friendly reminder: First, check whether it constitutes hazardous waste according to the **List of Hazardous Wastes**, or entrust a qualified entity to conduct such an assessment. If it is indeed hazardous waste, dumping it would be a serious illegal act; if not, it can be disposed of by yourself or by another party.
