The first-phase construction scale of this company consists of 2×15MW turbine generators + 2×75t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers, with space reserved for an additional 15MW turbine generator and a boiler expansion. Upon the commissioning of the first phase of this plant, its annual designed power generation capacity will be 195 million kWh, the annual designed electricity supply capacity will be 173 million kWh, and the annual output value will be 127 million yuan ； Annual heat supply: 60,000 tons; annual output value: 9 million yuan ； The annual output of ash and slag is 30,000 tons, with an annual output value of 3 million yuan. Selection of main equipment: The steam turbine generator set uses products from Nanjing Turbine (Group) Co., Ltd ； The boiler unit uses products from Tangshan Xinde Boiler Co., Ltd ； The dust collector uses bag-type dust removal and desulfurization equipment provided by Fujian Weidong Industrial Co., Ltd ； All the selected devices are reliable products of domestic quality. To save water, this project adopts a closed-loop recirculation system for water use, and a 1,500 m2 hyperbolic naturally ventilated cooling tower is constructed. Our company actively complies with the **Renewable Energy Law** by utilizing CFB circulating fluidized bed combustion power generation technology. The main purpose of this is to address the environmental pollution caused by local agricultural waste, to protect the ecological environment, and to ensure the sustainable development of the chicken farming industry in Pucheng County. The company’s main business activities involve biomass power generation and heat supply. It uses biomass fuels such as chicken manure waste and agricultural and forestry waste to drive generator sets to produce electricity. The ash and slag generated are supplied to fertilizer companies as raw materials. The wastewater generated in the company, as well as domestic sewage, is treated thoroughly before being used for irrigation in green areas or recycled. The company’s environmental emissions fully meet the specified emission standards.
