Switch to a pump; use a centrifugal pump made of fluoroplastic alloy. There are many manufacturers that produce such pumps, and they’re all quite good
During the chlorination reaction, the liquid feed is circulated to participate in the reaction, and the material used for the circulation pump is a titanium-palladium alloy.
H-C won’t work; tantalum is needed, but it’s too expensive. Use carbon steel lined with PVDF instead
We use Hastelloy, but we don’t know the specific grade. It’s been four years in use, and it’s doing great.
