Specifically, should the process gas be fed to the steam injector first, then the outlet of the steam injector, and finally the steam? Should we first open the steam ejector outlet, then supply steam to the steam ejector, and finally supply process gas to the steam ejector? Should we start with the steam first, then the steam ejector outlet, and finally the process gas? It’s these valves that keep flipping back and forth; could you please advise on the correct way to do this?
Before steam is introduced, the system is cold; therefore, it is necessary to first open the vent before the injector inlet in order to preheat and remove water. First, open the ejector outlet, then the steam; once the entire system is heated up, open the process gas. Finally, adjust the steam to fine-tune the suction force.
First, all valves are in the closed state. Open the drain valve in front of the injector inlet valve to drain the condensed water; remember to open the injector outlet valve first and activate the cooling water to ensure unobstructed flow. Then open the inlet valve of the injector; after normal operation, open the valve on the process gas side. In sequence, first turn on the third level, then the second level, and finally the first level ; When stopping, the order is exactly the opposite. Furthermore, once the injector has been designed, it cannot be adjusted by throttling; this approach only results in energy consumption rather than energy savings.
