How to display the remaining ports of the serial server

The computer originally had 6 COM ports (COM1~COM6); the 485 signals from the instruments are fed into a serial server connected to port 4, and the port numbers displayed by the serial server are COM7~COM10. I use IFIX for configuration; IFIX has 8 COM ports (COM1~COM8). Here’s the problem: COM9 and COM10 do not appear on my IFIX. . . . The instrument is a mass flow meter; I connected it using PROLINK II, and found that it also has 8 ports (COM1~COM8). . . . . COM9 and COM10 also don’t work. . . . . You can try changing the serial port numbers: first change COM1 to an unused number, then change COM9 to COM1, and so on.
