In case of any issues that cannot be resolved on one’s own during work, it is important to report them to the headquarters or the supervising manager promptly. At the end, make sure to contact the site supervisor in advance to find out how much more material is needed, and report this information promptly and accurately to the headquarters. Before stopping the pump after completing the assigned task, it is necessary to ask the control room in time whether there are any further tasks. ●Strictly implement the shift handover registration system, and fill in each item and the precautions for shift handover accurately. ●During the production process, it is necessary to promptly respond to conditions at the construction site and the quality of the concrete delivered. If issues that affect the quality of the concrete occur, such as an excessive slump or segregation, pumping should be stopped immediately, and the on-duty production manager should be informed. ●Fill out the registration for vulnerable parts replacement promptly and accurately; cleaning, maintenance, and lubrication tasks must be carried out carefully and documented. ●Study concrete delivery techniques diligently to continuously improve professional skills. Learn advanced concrete mixing techniques, operate in a rational manner, reduce costs, and improve work efficiency. It is necessary to continuously learn about the principles of pump trucks, their performance, and maintenance in order to improve professional skills, while also enhancing safety awareness. ●All safety protective equipment must be worn properly. ●Strictly enforce all the company’s rules and regulations; it is strictly prohibited to hand over the pump truck to anyone other than those designated by the company for operation. ●Proactively complete other work tasks assigned by superior leaders.
