Rapid social changes and the fast-paced working environment in enterprises have led to a sharp increase in psychological problems among employees, resulting in increasingly prominent conflicts. To ensure safe production, modern enterprises must pay attention to the psychological condition of their employees. Understanding the psychological changes of employees and conducting proper safety awareness education play an invaluable role in achieving safe production. To provide proper psychological support to employees, it is necessary to achieve the \"five clarities,\" the \"six mandatory visits,\" the \"six mandatory assists,\" and the \"seven mandatory conversations.\" “The “Five Knows”: ① Be aware of the employees’ family situations; ② Be aware of their personalities and hobbies; ③ Be aware of the strengths and weaknesses in their work performance; ④ Be aware of their leisure activities and social interactions; ⑤ Be aware of changes in their thoughts over different periods. The “Six Must-Visit Situations”: ① Visit employees during weddings, funerals, and other important life events; ② Visit them when there are conflicts within their families; ③ Visit them when they are injured at work or hospitalized due to illness; ④ Visit them when their families face difficulties; ⑤ Visit them when they are absent from work without permission; ⑥ Visit them when significant changes occur in their personal lives. The “Six Must-Assist Situations”: ① Assist employees whose families suffer from natural disasters or human-made disasters; ② Assist them when they are injured at work or hospitalized due to illness; ③ Assist female employees during maternity leave, as well as when an employee or a close family member passes away; ④ Assist them when labor disputes arise within their families; ⑤ Assist them when they experience psychological distress due to financial or other problems; ⑥ Assist them when their behavior becomes abnormal. The “Seven Must-Converse On Topics”: ① Converse with employees when they experience psychological fluctuations; ② Converse with them after they receive criticism; ③ Converse with them when there are tensions in their interpersonal relationships; ④ Converse with them when there are changes in their job roles; ⑤ Converse with new employees when they join the team; ⑥ Converse with them when they fail to complete their work tasks; ⑦ Converse with them when they commit violations of safety rules. Enterprise safety management personnel should communicate more with employees, and this communication should not take the form of a superior-subordinate dialogue. It is necessary to gain the trust of those who violate safety rules, and to have a clear understanding of the employees’ family situations, their personalities and hobbies, their work performance and strengths/weaknesses, their lifestyle and social interactions, as well as changes in their thoughts over different periods. Apply the right measures to help those who have violated regulations overcome their psychological barriers as soon as possible. Through the principles of “five clarities,” “six necessary visits,” “six necessary forms of assistance,” and “seven necessary discussions,” the relationship between managers and employees was strengthened, misunderstandings among family members and coworkers were resolved, leading to more harmonious relationships among employees, greater stability in their emotions, and steady progress in safe production.
