Our company produces pharmaceutical intermediates, and as a by-product we generate waste sulfuric acid with a concentration of around 45-50%, along with approximately 15% ammonium bisulfate. Is there any demand for this? It would be best if the buyer is in Shandong or Jiangsu, as we can deliver it free of charge. Phone: 0536-2103133
It’s a bit difficult to get rid of it; waste acid isn’t very useful, and it usually needs to be treated properly before it can be reused
Even if you pay someone to dispose of this waste sulfuric acid, they might not accept it
Could you ask around about the fertilizer factory?
It is also unlikely to be used in fertilizer factories.
It is recommended to contact the compound fertilizer factory; it might be necessary. If indeed no one wants it, lime can be added to neutralize it, and the waste gas can be absorbed with sulfuric acid, yielding gypsum and sulfuric anhydride; the gypsum is sent to cement plants or landfilled, while sulfuric anhydride is used as fertilizer
It seems no one uses ammonium bisulfate as a fertilizer anymore
Look for compound fertilizer factories; it’s best if they use drum granulation. Most of them employ the amino acid granulation technique, which involves the use of dilute sulfuric acid with a concentration of around 60%, and a large amount of this acid is required.
What a pity! We produce compound fertilizers; we have production facilities in Hubei and Shandong, and it’s difficult to handle this situation.
