What is the maximum allowable temperature at the compressor inlet?

I would like to ask fellow sailors for advice regarding the selection of a compressor (either screw or reciprocating type is acceptable). The medium to be transported is natural gas, with a temperature of 90°C. I’m interested in knowing whether it’s possible to feed the gas directly into the compressor without using an air cooler for cooling; that’s something I’m concerned about. The inlet pressure is 2.0 MPA, and the outlet pressure is 4.0 MPA
Putting aside safety considerations, material requirements such as gaskets and sealing rings inside the compressor dictate that the temperature of the gas exiting the compressor should not be too high. As for energy consumption, cooling the gas can significantly reduce the compressor’s power usage; in practice, it is uncommon to see gas being fed into the compressor at such high temperatures. Generally, the inlet temperature of compressors is below 50 degrees.
