I would like to ask everyone: has anyone ever seen a device that can turn gaseous materials directly into solids by cooling? Our material is an organic intermediate that exists in gaseous form at 70°C after distillation, and it solidifies at 56°C; therefore, a condenser cannot be used, as crystallization would occur upon slight cooling and block the pipes. I would like to know what equipment can be used to achieve crystallization!

It seems not to work; the product formed through condensation is quite hard, so it needs to be crushed and collected
The vapor deposition chamber can solve this problem – after shutting down the furnace, the deposited material can be taken out as a whole for processing. Advanced crucibles can be produced in this way
Scraper evaporators are available on the market; I guess they can also be used as scraper condensers. The gas phase enters the scraper condenser, where it condenses directly onto the wall of the vessel into a solid form, which is then removed by means of scrapers.
This temperature isn’t very high; it’s sufficient to use two crucibles of different sizes stacked on top of each other – distillation takes place inside, while collection occurs outside. If it’s difficult to remove them, you can choose materials with a low surface free energy.
