I graduated in 2008 and have been working in a chemical construction company. The company is a central enterprise with various rigidities.* * Chaos is out of control now. I'm thinking about whether I should go out and find a construction company or EPC general contractor to do it. Helpless, my wife keeps saying that I would rather you earn 2,000 yuan at home than go out and not be able to see your children or your family all year round. Do you guys have any good suggestions? Should I insist on continuing to venture out or just make ends meet in my hometown?
Just stay at home with your wife and children, and you can take care of the baby.
Young people, if you want to have a chance, you have to make choices and pursue something. I suggest you convince your wife to go out and have a try.
If the wife doesn't agree, it should still be family-oriented. After all, we go out to improve the family environment. If the family feels uncomfortable, then don't do it.
It is indeed a pain point. The chemical construction site is not like other real estate construction sites. The chemical industry site is relatively remote and not suitable for bringing your wife. I can only say that you should improve yourself. Your position is higher and you can go home more frequently. You can also find a consulting company to do budget work, and you don’t need to stay on site all the time.
Alas, as long as a person lives, the vegetation will only fall. No matter how much money you accumulate, prosperity will always fade away, leaving some happy and others worried. Who will accompany you throughout your life, not just a name. If finances permit, stay home!
The key is that central enterprises have little room for appreciation, and it is still important to mix money. The problem is that now money can’t be mixed either.
I also want to make a career. I'm over 30 and now I feel so confused when changing careers, but the job opportunities in this industry are too narrow. So annoying
