The factory has a 400,000-ton sulfur acid-making system with tail gas desulfurization device and ammonia desulfurization tower washing. I found a problem, that is, the appearance is very good during the day, there is almost no tailing phenomenon, and no obvious exhaust gas can be seen. But at night, the appearance is not good, the tail is also obvious, and the exhaust gas is tailed to a very far place. By about 7 a.m., things will look better again. Please ask God for an answer!
It is likely that the change in atmospheric temperature affects the supersaturation of the remaining SO3 gas in the exhaust gas.
Use process waste heat (such as hot air from SO3 cooler) to heat the tail gas
If environmental protection pressure is high, add an electric mist eliminator at the outlet of the tail suction tower.
