I’m sure everyone has encountered internal audits or similar inspections; from employees to the general manager, everyone is extremely busy. What does this reflect? A company lacks management and technical management personnel. China’s development model: You have your policies, I have my countermeasures ； You have laws and regulations; I have strategies to deal with them. Without a solid technical team and technological innovation, one will end up guarding their treasures to the end of their days. Looking across China as a whole, there is only one peaceful environment; everywhere else is in a state of chaos and backwardness, lagging behind other countries by decades, especially in terms of technology, economy, and culture. The reason why so many Chinese people want to go abroad or even change their nationality is the lack of technical support and cultural development. A company’s survival depends not only on capital but also on a professional and culturally competent technical team!
Now, both internal and external audits are merely a formality; payment settles everything.
Take your time; things will get better eventually. The music publishing industry, too, gradually became more organized from a state of chaos.
