I see that in Tian Da’s books it says there are five, so where do these three types of control come from? Thank you
For plan and schedule control, cost control, and quality control, this is one of the reference answers. Is this correct? Alternative: Contract control, material control, and quality control; Contract control, material control, and document control; Planning and schedule control, cost control, and document control
The three major controls are the goals, while the five major controls are the means. Got it?
