V. Testing Procedure: <I>1. Circulation check of the oil circulation system</I> 1. Add the specified amount of lubricating oil to the tank until the desired oil level is reached. (After the fuel tank is cleaned) 2. Check that the valves, pipes, flanges, and connections in the circulating oil system are in good condition, and that the valves are in their proper positions. Start the gear oil pump and attempt to reverse its rotation; once the pump is functioning properly, run it continuously for more than 8 hours. Check the cleanliness of the circulating oil, the tightness of all connections, the performance of the oil filter, and whether the oil pressure is within normal ranges. 3. After the trial run of the gear oil pump is completed, all the dirty oil in the tank must be drained, and the tank should be cleaned thoroughly. The dirty oil in the oil pump and oil pipes also needs to be removed and those components cleaned as well. The filter should be cleaned, and the tank filled with qualified lubricating oil. Start the oil pump to raise the oil pressure to above 0.2 MPa, and check the oil supply to each lubrication point. (II) Testing and inspection of the oiling system 1. After cleaning the oiler tank, fill it with the specified cylinder oil. 2. Remove and inspect the oiling pipes from the oiler to each cylinder section and each gasket, then blow them clean with compressed air on the side where the oiler is installed. 3. Start the motor to test forward and reverse rotation; run it for 2 hours. Adjust the oil volume and check the adjustment effect at the oil outlet. After testing is complete, connect the oil filling tube. (III) Cooling water test inspection 1. Check whether the pipes, valves, flanges, instruments, etc. of the cooling water system are qualified. 2. Open the main return water valve, as well as the valves of each cooler and cylinder jacket, as well as the stuffing box and main return water valve, to introduce water into the system. Water pressure: 0.2–0.3 MPa. Check whether the return flow is unobstructed and ensure that no water is leaking into the cylinder. 3. Be careful to prevent freezing in winter. (IV) Purpose of the no-load test run of the compressor: to assess the quality of the main unit’s installation, to identify and resolve faults promptly, and to prepare for the load test run. 1. Remove the suction and exhaust valves at each stage, as well as the intake and exhaust pipes at each stage. 2. Open the valves of the cooling water system to introduce cooling water into it, and adjust the water pressure to 0.2–0.3 MPa. 3. Start the circulating oil pump to adjust the oil pressure to 0.3–0.4 MPa, and test the oil pressure interlock as well as the pump interlock, etc. 4. Turn on the oil injector and check whether there are any obstructions or abnormal noises in the areas designated for turning the shaft. Debug the oiler interlock and crankshaft turning interlock. 5. After adjustment is complete, start the carbon brush box fan and ask the electrician to supply power. 6. Start the host instantly, check for forward and reverse rotation, as well as any abnormal noises or other faults. 7. Run the machine for 5 minutes during the second start-up, check the current, the temperature rise of the main bearings and motor bearings, as well as any abnormal noises, vibrations, or temperature rises in various parts of the machine; address any issues that are detected promptly. 8. The third startup runs continuously for 4 hours. Check whether the machine is still running smoothly with low noise, and that there are no abnormalities in the motor current or temperature. The temperature of each main shaft bearing ≤ 65°C, and the temperature of each section of the housing. The temperature of the upper and lower slides of the crosshead should be ≤60°C; the temperature of the return water must also be recorded. Note: The temperature of the plugging rod is normal. Oil pump pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa. 〈V〉 System purging 1. The purging method uses the machine itself as a power source and air as a medium to purge auxiliary equipment and pipelines step by step. 2. Principles and requirements for purging: (1) Use compressed air to purge step by step starting from one outlet; for the pipes connected to the equipment, the inlet pipes should be purged separately from the equipment, while the outlets should be purged simultaneously with the equipment. ⑵Cylinders that are not purged must be equipped with filters. ⑶Any polluted air or debris removed at any stage must not be allowed to enter the equipment and cylinders of the next stage. Cylinders that have been purged should be fitted with intake and exhaust valves promptly. ⑷During purging, valves, instruments, check valves, and safety valves must be removed; they should be reinstalled after purging to prevent damage to the sealing surfaces or the accumulation of dirt. ⑸During the purging process, the pipe welds are struck with a wooden hammer, and the gas flow rate must be at least 60 m/S. Use a white damp cloth or a white wooden board to check the blowing quality. ⑹Check the operation status on schedule during the purging process ; Temperature rise at each point ; Oil, water pressure, temperature ; Oiling condition. And keep a record of it. ⑺After the purging is complete, remove the inlet and outlet valves at each section for thorough inspection, clean the debris inside the valve chambers and cylinders, check all connection points, resolve any issues identified during the purging process, and reinstall the valves and instruments. 3. Blowing step: (1) Install a section of inlet and outlet valves, and cover the inlet with a filter screen. Prevent the inhalation of foreign objects. ⑵Remove a section of the outlet up to the flange in front of the cooler, start the compressor to blow out any debris, and then reinstall it. Remove a section of the oil-water separator inlet flange, blow it clean, and then reinstall it. Remove the inlet flange of the two-stage buffer and the flange in front of the one-way valve, blow out any debris, and then reinstall them. ⑶After the purging of each device in the second stage is completed, the pipes and equipment of the new desulfurization tank system are purged. ⑷Install the valves section by section, and blow out each section of pipeline and equipment one by one.
