Since the reformed hydrogen contains gums, dry gas seals are made from reformed hydrogen. The filter elements used before the dry gas seal are of a sintered type, which has a low filtering precision; fiber-based filters, on the other hand, can easily introduce fibers into the dry gas seal, causing problems.
