On the conversion rate of David methanation

Who knows the primary conversion and total conversion of each methanation converter at David? Upon checking available information, only the volume fraction of CH4 in product SNG is provided, which seems to be around 92%, but the primary conversion rates for each column cannot be found. What is the recycle ratio for the large number of methane chemical processing units? Some sources indicate around 60%, while others suggest around 40%. I would appreciate some expert guidance on this.
The composition of the feed gas is taken as CO:H2 = 1:3, with other components being ignored
Two sets of David’s technology were contacted: the data indicates about 50% at the main reactor outlet. An additional approximately 55%. The second reactor will achieve 80% by next month, but the data shows that the final product will exceed 96%. The cycle ratio data provided by David gives one value, but this recycled gas is mainly used to dilute the concentration of the material at the inlet of the main reactor; no actual operation data has been observed yet. Those who have such data are welcome to provide more information.
It seems that David is doing a good job of keeping things confidential at the moment, as not many practical operation details have leaked out.
