Selection of bolts for container support installation

The container consists of an upper cylinder section and a lower conical section. The diameter of the support holes is 36; each support has 2 holes, giving a total of 8 supports. The thickness of each support is 22 mm. H-shaped steel with dimensions 350-350-12-19 is used for supporting the container. What size should the bolts used on those supports be?
The bolts should match the diameter of the holes made.
The aperture is 36, so can I choose the M30 version? What about the bolt length? How is this calculated? I’ve temporarily chosen M30X100, right?
For holes numbered 36, use M33 foundation bolts; the length of these bolts is 190 mm, with double nuts at both the top and bottom.:)
My pump base is only 100; can I use a 190mm one? Double nuts? How do you install nuts underground?
Pumps are dynamic equipment; it is advisable to do some calculations when installing them on concrete foundations. For static equipment, the length of the foundation bolts is usually set at 20d, and there are several different configurations for the underground parts!
